Do I need to pay Vat?

Our customers from California need to pay VAT. However, We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country's customs policies.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Our Order cutoff time is 1:00 PM PDT. Orders processed here will take 0-1 business days. Order transit time is 2 to 5 business days ( Monday-Friday). Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What shipping carriers do you use?

It varies by country. For our Canadian customers, we use USPS Priority Mail Express, USPS Priority Mail and Standard First Class International Shipping . For customers from the U.S we will use US Priority Express Mail, and Standard US Shipping to deliver the product.

Can I return my product?

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

How can customers return your products?

We will send you a pre-paid label, and you can send us returns back by mail.

How will customers get the return label?

For Defective product or Customer remorse: Contact us mpage@urbansurvivalgearusa.com and we will send the label so that you can download and print.

What condition product are you receiving in return?

Return product conditions should be the same condition that you received it.

What is the restocking fee?

20% restocking fee

Who bears the shipping cost?

For defective, we will cover that for you. But for customer remorse you have to pay the actual shipping cost.
